Air Duct Cleaning

Ventilation system air duct cleaning is one of the most important maintenance procedures necessary to maintaining a healthy indoor environment. Ventilation system components include: supply and return air ducts and registers, grill covers, air diffusers, heat exchangers, heating and cooling coils, drip pans, fan motors and housings and air handling housings.

When improperly maintained any of these components may become contaminated with particles of dust, pollen and any other debris. Dust may consist mold, bacteria, dander, dust mites and a multitude of microorganisms. If highly contaminated, these particulates are forced into ambient air every time the ventilation system is in operation. Any of these particulates can be the cause of sinus irritation, coughing, sneezing, allergic responses and, in the case of living microorganisms, infection.
