NYC Mold Violations

Our mold removal and inspection company complies with NYC Local Law 55 in regards to HPD mold violations given by HPD Department of buildings within New York City and the surrounding areas. New York Local Law 55 also known as the Asthma Free Housing Act requires that all owners of buildings keep their tenant’s apartment free from mold and pests. Apex Mold Specialists has all the necessary resources to clear HPD mold violations.

Our mold inspectors are licensed and have extensive experience with clearing violations. In order to begin the process, a licensed mold inspector will visit the property and provide a complete mold inspection protocol including a step by step remediation plan that will be given to the remediation company in order for them to successfully complete the remediation. Once the remediation is completed, both companies will provide the property owner with the affidavit necessary to remove the HPD mold violation by submitting it to NYC Department of Buildings/HPD.
